GOLDEN RAIN FOUNDATION

Shareholders with questions, concerns or suggestions for the Golden Rain Foundation or GRF Board can share them in the following ways:

• GRF’s information hub— Client Services: GRF Client Services was formed in early 2023 as a central hub for shareholder questions and inquiries of all kinds. In addition to answering frequently asked questions, it can also track down answers to more complicated inquiries and put residents in touch with the appropriate department or staff members to assist them. Residents can visit Client Services in person in the downstairs reception area in the Administration Building or email info@lwsb.com.

• Finding the right phone number: Ever wondered who to call for a dead animal, a leaky faucet, a GRF department question or to access Orange County seniors services? A full list of important phone numbers is available on page 6 of the 2025-26 Community Guide, which was delivered to every household in early 2025 and is included in every new member packet. The list includes phone extensions for GRF departments, GRF staff and GRF amenities; as well as important phone numbers for the City of Seal Beach, emergency services, local senior services and more. A digital version of the Community Guide—with resident phone numbers removed for privacy—is available at www. lwsb.com/publications.

• Sharing feedback with the GRF Board: Shareholders can share feedback directly to the GRF Board by emailing grfboardaction@lwsb.com. This email goes directly to the email inboxes of every GRF Board member. People can also comment at GRF Board and committee meetings in person by filling out a speaker card.

• Letters to the Editor: The LW Weekly accepts letters to the editor on topics relevant to Leisure World residents. Letters must be no more than 200 words. No political letters are allowed, per GRF policy. To submit a letter, email it to rutho@lwsb.com or drop it off in person at the LW Weekly Office, located next the Amphitheater, weekdays from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Submissions must contain the writer’s first and last name, Mutual number, and phone number. No anonymous letters are allowed.
