Labyrinth Walk is Jan. 5 in Cypress
ST IRENAEUS
Everyone is invited to experience the Labyrinth Walk on Monday, Jan. 5, at St. Irenaeus Parish Hall, 5201 Evergreen Ave., Cypress. The event is presented by St. Irenaeus Health Ministry. The Labyrinth is available from 6:30-8:30 p.m. and takes at least 30 minutes to complete the walk.
Many find it restorative and healing to rest in this peaceful environment, absorbing the calm.
It is a meditative, prayerful, candlelit event for quiet reflection, offering a single, straight-forward path to walk inward and return outward in a serene setting with dimmed lights and music. This helps participants release stress and deepen the spiritual journey.
The free event is a prayerful way to start the new year in reflection and to unwind after the holiday hubbub.
