2026 will be a year focused on clarity and connection
LOOKING AHEAD
To Our Leisure World Community:
As we turn the page to a new year, I want to take a moment to thank you for the kindness and openness you’ve shown me since I joined the Golden Rain Foundation. Walking the grounds, visiting clubhouses, and chatting with many of you has helped me understand what makes this community so special.
2026 will be a year focused on connection, clarity, and continuous improvement. Our staff is committed to strengthening the day-to-day experience for our residents— whether through more responsive service, cleaner and safer facilities, or clearer communication about what’s happening throughout our community. I also want you to know that my door is always open. I am available to meet if you have any concerns, questions, or ideas that can help us improve.
Just as importantly, I enjoy hearing about the many shared successes, personal stories, and community moments that make Leisure World such a remarkable place to live and work.
We are also working to better support our volunteers and Board members, whose service remains vital to our shared success.
With teamwork, transparency, and a unified vision for the future, I’m confident we will continue to enhance the place you call home.
Thank you again for welcoming me so warmly.
I look forward to meeting even more of you in the year ahead.
Happy New Year!
—David Norvell CMCA, AMS, PCAM Executive Director, Golden Rain Foundation
