Pinochle Club makes contributions Pinochle Club makes contributions

The Pinochle Club recently contributed $1,500 to the LW Cares Fund, and $500 to the Impaired Vision and Hearing Club, to support their efforts assisting Leisure World residents. The mission of the Leisure World Cares Fund is to contribute to housing security for Leisure World’s most vulnerable residents. This is done by providing an ongoing subsidy to the recipient’s monthly HOA assessment. The Impaired Vision and Hearing Club provides education and support to its members. The club works closely with GRF staff to make facilities and events safe and accessible.

The Pinochle Club meets on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays in Clubhouse 1 at 11:30 a.m. Lessons are available during Thursday meetings starting at 11:30. Contact Joan Taylor at 562-666-1714 for more information.
