Karaoke night is Monday, Dec. 22

COMMUNITY KARAOKE

The Karaoke Christmas party was a joyous, full-house celebration filled with holiday songs galore on Dec. 10. The room practically sparkled with happiness as singers and guests turned out in festive reds and greens. Between the music and the applause for the club’s talented soloists, everyone savored hearty servings of delicious lasagna and all the trimmings.

A special moment came when Ray Geierman proudly announced Frank Sinatra’s birthday before performing his selection for the evening. Lori Chamberlain delighted the audience by bringing together a group of hula dancers to sparkle up her cheerful rendition of “Mele Kalikimaka.” Forty performers were excited to entertain the crowd on this special night.

Because Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve fall on Wednesdays this year, karaoke parties will shift to Monday nights—Dec. 22 and Dec. 29—from 5:30-9:30 p.m. in Clubhouse 1. It’s a great chance to sing even more Christmas favorites and share fast-paced, festive evenings with friends.
