CAPOC Food Box Delivery

When: Thursday, Dec. 18, from 9-11 a.m.

Where: Clubhouse 4 People must get their cards stamped in the Ceramics Room before picking up a box of food.

Requirements: 60 years or over; receive no more than $1,957 monthly; must present a picture I.D.

Nutrition 101: Healthy Eating for the Holidays When: Friday, Dec. 19, at 2 p.m.

Where: Optum HCC Conference Room Join Registered Dietitian Jacqueline Atwood to discuss practical tips and recipes to help enj oy festive meals without compromising the flavor. No RSVP

Alzheimer’s OC Caregiver Discussion Group

When: Friday, Jan. 2, at 10:30 a.m.

Where: Clubhouse 3, Room 6 Family caregivers or friends of people with dementia are welcome to this informal discussion that offers resources, education and emotional support. No RSVP required.
