Podcast: Meet the Executive Director

The latest episode of the Leisure World Direct podcast introduces the Golden Rain Foundation’s new Executive Director David Norvell.

He brings over three decades of senior executive leadership and expertise in managing complex community associations. He began his position on Dec. 3.

His experience includes running a large homeowners association (HOA) management company and leading the legal department responsible for HOA development at a national home builder.

He holds a J.D. and Bachelor of Science in law from Northwestern California University School of Law and is an award-winning community manager, holding the industry’s top credentials: Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), Association Management Specialist (AMS), Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM).
