Friends of the Library Bookstore offers holiday deals

Friends of the Library volunteers have been working diligently to process donations and prepare for sales.

The bookstore has an abundance of holiday items at affordable prices, and shelves are replenished regularly so it pays to visit often. Books make wonderful presents for readers. The Friends of the Library Bookstore features books for the young and mature and holiday-themed selections, as well as puzzles, CDs and DVDs.

The Boutique Committee creates creative displays of items to inspire people to decorate their homes and add seasonal charm.

Holiday cards are available for 10 for a dollar. Shoppers will also find wrap, bows, ribbons and bags.

The picture above gives an idea of the number of volunteers it takes to present all of this and to keep the bookstore humming with good cheer.
