Join Community Church today, Dec. 11, at 10 a.m. for a time of fellowship and prayer that the congregation calls “Blue Christmas.” Elvis may not make an appearance, but the love of God certainly will.

Community Church continues its study of the season of Advent and Matthew’s gospel on Sunday, Dec. 14, by thinking about what is heard and seen. Pastor Johan Dodge invites residents to try listening to sound bath/singing bowl videos during this busy and sometimes stressful time. Anyone who has a smartphone can try a meditation app that provides sound bath healing. Dodge has tried many over the years and would be happy to recommend one to those who are interested.

No prior church experience is required. Those who have felt excluded by the church in the past are invited to join. Those looking to experience Sunday worship can join the church at 9:50 a.m. every Sunday at 14000 Church Place.
