Art in Bloom Holiday Festival: Dec. 9
The year 2025 has been a series of firsts for the Leisure World art scene. On June 21, the Art League unveiled Art in Bloom, the community’s first juried art exhibition. The fete attracted hundreds of local art enthusiasts to experience original paintings, drawings, ceramics, quilts, jewelry, lapidary, weaving and mixed media pieces created by Leisure World residents.
On Dec. 9, the league will present another first, the Art in Bloom Holiday Festival. The exhibition of 2D and 3D art will be displayed in Clubhouse 4 from 4-8 p.m. featuring creations crafted by Leisure World resident artists representing art and craft clubs within the community. Complimentary wine service will be provided by Gasper Monteer Realty Group, and live music presented by Abilene, Leisure World’s legacy country rock band.
This special event is an opportunity for Leisure World residents and friends to view and purchase distinctive holiday gifts or add the perfect artistic centerpiece to their home—crafted by local artists and displayed in a festive, holiday-themed environment.
