The Democratic Party of Orange County (DPOC) invites Democrats to “Mix, Mingle & Jingle,” and join the Community Action Fund (CAF) of Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties for its 24th annual holiday party Wednesday, Dec. 3, from 6-8 p.m. The hosts are Carina Franck and Jim Pantone. DPOC will also host a holiday victory party and toy/ food drive on Dec. 8 at 6 p.m. at the Los Lomas Community Center, 10 Federation Way, Irvine. Open to Democrats only, people will need to RSVP for the address. For more information check the DPOC app. For more information on either of the parties, download DPOC’s free app DPOC has a series of monthly training to help “equip, engage and motivate leaders, partners and activist to win in 2026.” The site states the trainings are “online, free and open to anyone who shares our mission.”
TheDemocraticClub’smembership meetings are normally held on the fourth Wednesday of the month. However, due to the holidays, the next meeting will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 3. This meeting coincides with the Lunch Bunch. Join members for lunch at Hof ’s Hut off Seal Beach Boulevard at 11:30 a.m., followed by the membership meeting at 1:30 p.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 2. The Hospitality Booth returns to its normal schedule of the first Tuesday and third Thursday from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m in front of Clubhouse 6. People are welcome to stop by and visit with like-minded individuals, register to vote, change address, join the club, or change party affiliation.
