nity manager, holding the industry’s top credentials: Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), Association Management Specialist (AMS), Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM).

His background includes extensive corporate leadership training from 2003-2016, 6Sigma Green Belt training with General Electric/Weyerhaeuser, and military leadership training through the U.S. Navy.

Norvell is a trained mediator through the San Diego Mediation Center and the National Conflict Resolution Center since 2017. He is an active member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and provides training to chapter members approved by the Community Association Managers International Certifi cation Board. In 2020, he was selected as a speaker for the national CAI Conference.

Throughout his career, Norvell has been recognized for his strategic leadership, conflictresolution skills and ability to guide complex organizations through change.

His primary focus will be on the long-term operational and fiscal health of the GRF, ensuring resources are managed efficiently while prioritizing homeowner value and quality of life, he said. This includes guiding the organization’s strategic needs, balancing sound business judgment with the expectations of the homeowners, and fostering objective, professional working relationships with staff, homeowners and vendors.
