MettS Meditation and Health ChiGong
Residents are welcome to join in a Mettā meditation and health ChiGong from 1-3 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 23 and 30, in Clubhouse
3, Room 7, and Saturday, Oct. 4, in Clubhouse 3, Room 1, from
11 a.m.-1 p.m.
Mettā Meditation is from 1-2 p.m. and includes breathing exercises plus 30 minutes of meditation.
Health ChiGong is from 2-3 p.m. and is ChiGong with eight silk brocades, includes a warm up, then breathing and Chi exercises.
