Darleen Gardner shared that the club lost a total of 15 pounds in one week. The biggest loser was Joyce Brannon with a 4-pound loss. She credits her weight loss to eating out less often and by snacking on frozen grapes and cashews. Brannon has been trying to achieve a certain weight for years. Everyone was very proud and pleased for her.
It was a sharing day for the club, so there was no speaker. The weekly food for thought was: “Obstacles don’t have to stop you. Try to figure out how to get through them to meet your goal.”
