Hazardous and E-waste Disposal

Leftover household products such as paints, cleaners and batteries that contain corrosive, toxic or ignitable ingredients are considered household hazardous waste, and require special disposal. The disposal of household hazardous waste at the 1.8-Acre site is prohibited.

Residents can dispose of their toxic waste at the Huntington Beach Collection Center, 17121 Nichols Lane, 92647, Gate 6, Tuesday through Saturday, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Proof of county residence may be requested.
