GRF Town Hall on Finances is Aug. 28

The GRF Board invites all residents to attend a town hall meeting on Thursday, Aug. 28, in Clubhouse 4 from 1-4 p.m. to learn about GRF’s financial accounts.

Interim Executive Director Dave Potter will give a presentation outlining GRF’s various accounts— including the reserve fund, capital fund, operating fund and operating contingency fund, and provide a timeline for the 2026 budget process.

Following the presentation, the GRF Board will hold a question-and-answer session focused on this topic.

People with questions should fill out a yellow card upon entering and include their email address in case a response requires a follow-up. A GRF director will call your name when it’s your turn to speak at the podium. If time permits, the board will also take questions directly from the floor—again, related only to this subject.

Additional town halls will be scheduled in the future to address other topics of interest. The board welcomes residents’ input on future topics for a town hall.
