Mission of Unity

Unity makes a community stronger. This page’s purpose is to relay a message of unity to the community and put a face to your GRF directors.

As GRF President, “I am the conductor of the orchestra”—a phrase I borrow from Interim Executive Director Dave Potter.

Every director and resident are equally important. We each have a part to play, and together, we create harmony through unity.

Thoughtful, courteous, and kind actions foster unity, building a compassionate community where everyone thrives together as good neighbors.

Working together: It is easy to break one stick, but 18 bound together is impossible.

Let’s unite.

Unity of purpose keeps our diverse shareholders and their needs at the heart of inclusive decision-making.

Working together to create innovative solutions to the challenges ahead will result in unlimited possibilities for our community.

Together, we will make Leisure World a better place to live and thrive. Let’s become a Blue Zone.

Progress is best achieved when guided by shared values, unity of purpose and mutual respect.

When we enter our Leisure World community, let’s enjoy the Unity We Share in Peace and Safety.

Unity defines our community—diverse individuals coming together with respect, kindness, and shared commitment to one another’s well-being.

Not mere words alone, only actions and respect provide the safe opportunity for achieving our shared goals.

Unity is an avenue for the respectful merging of diverse ideas to achieve a common good for the “come unity.”

You cannot spell COMMUNITY without the word UNITY.

The S.S. Leisure World will stay true to the course we set when we pull our oars in UNITY.

We are working together in unity toward our common goals of a great, well-run community and affordable costs.

Leisure World is my home.

Mutual respect, transparency, and collaboration will ensure a unified Board and Community.

Concern, communication and commitment can unite us in respect, responsiveness and resolution.

I’d promote unity by using the IAP2 Spectrum of Public Participation to clarify GRF and resident expectations.
