Creating inclusive communities: allies and safe spaces for LGBTQ seniors

The Rainbow Sisters and the Rainbow Community, in partnership with the Seal Beach Leisure World Democratic Club, will present an informational talk with Ana Marson from the LGBTQ+ Center in Orange County on Tuesday, July 29. at 11 a.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 1.

The talk will cover three areas: key terminology to increase understanding of LGBTQ+ populations and why this matters; strategies for those who wish to be better allies; and components to make a space a safe zone for LGBTQ+ older adults.
