LW intersection project nears completion

The intersection of Golden Rain Road and St. Andrews Drive will soon feature a four-way stop, a dedicated pedestrian crossing phase and protected left turn lanes for east- and westbound Golden Rain Road.

The GRF Board approved the project in July 2024 in keeping with the findings of a traffic study to improve safety features at the intersection. The project is expected to be complete by the end of this month.

Crews from Crosstown Electric continued work at St. Andrews Drive and Golden Rain Road on July 11.
