Cribbage Club

The Cribbage Club meets every Tuesday at noon in Clubhouse 1. Anyone arriving by 12:15 will be assured a place to play. Refreshments are served each week from noon-12:15, followed by brief announcements. Play begins at 12:30 for a total of seven games. One dollar is collected from each player and those finishing in the top four scores will receive prize money the following week.

Donna Gorman provided homemade cake and ice cream in celebration of Jack Hawn’s upcoming birthday later this month. Gorman, along with Hawn, served the refreshments to everyone. Melinda Cowan provided mixed nuts, candies and pretzel mix. The club thanks those who provided and served.

The winners for the week include: Hoppy Hopkins, first place with a perfect score of 847 and achieving another star; Drew Sargent, 846, second; Dave LaCascia, 835, third; Jack O’Brien, 829, fourth. Alma Zamzow finished with six 121s.
