Public Hearing on City Utility Rates

To continue providing safe, reliable water and sewer services, and to keep up with inflation and rising operational costs, the City of Seal Beach is proposing utility rate adjustments over the next five years.

The City will hold a public hearing to review and consider the proposed changes on Monday, July 14, at 7 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at 211 Eighth Street, Seal Beach.

During this meeting, the City Council will carefully review all public input, both written and verbal, before making any final decisions. If the proposed adjustments are approved, the new rates will go into effect on August 1.
