Neil Diamond and Green Day tribute show is July 11

LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL CLUB

On Friday, July 11, Veterans Plaza will be the scene for a double concert featuring tributes to Neil Diamond and Green Day.

Leisure World performers Jon Pearlstone and Laura Gardner with Karl Aranjo, Jeff Grider and Ryan Brown will present a preview of their Orange County Fair show, “When September Ends,” a tribute to the band Green Day. It will include many Green Day hits like “Boulevard of Broken Dreams” and “Holiday.”

The Neil Diamond tribute will be presented by Pearlstone, Gardner and Aranjo, who have selected classic Neil Diamond hits for their Leisure World audience.

There will be table seating so refreshments are welcome. The tables will be in the shade area and there will be room for dancing in the side and back aisles. Seating will be available at 2:30 p.m. and the show will be from 3-4:30.

There is no admission for this live music event, but donations will be appreciated so the club can continue offering great live entertainment for its favorite audience: the music lovers of Leisure World.
