Concerned Shareholders Club
The Concerned Shareholders Club hosts a monthly meetings on the fourth Thursday of each month at 1 p.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 2. The next meeting is today, June 26. All members are encouraged to attend and stay informed on key community matters. All residents are also welcome to attend.
In addition to regular meetings, the “All Hands” meetings welcome members of Concerned Shareholders Club, The Where We Live Club, LW Uncensored, and all shareholders. The next meeting will be held on Monday, June 30, in Clubhouse 3, Room 2, at 6 p.m. The club will host a member from the Seal Beach City Council to discuss the proposed water and sewer rate increases. Attendees will have a chance to ask questions related to the price increase and other issues pertaining to Leisure World.
All shareholders are welcome to attend the meetings. Meetings have moved to the first Monday of each month. The June 30 meeting will take the place of the club’s regular scheduled July meeting. The next regular meeting will be on Monday, Aug. 4, in Clubhouse 3, Room 2, at 6 p.m.
The club reminds residents that there is always something they can do to make a difference: talking to neighbors, attending a meeting, participating in a committee, contributing money to a cause, and becoming educated about the community.
