Learn the ins and outs of probate June 20

Maryann Shaddow from On Site Home Sales will speak to the Sunshine Club about how to protect their units on Friday, June 20, in Clubhouse 3, Room 2, at 10 a.m.

Shaddow, will discuss the new Probate Law AB 2016 which started on April 1. She will also discuss how residents can best position their unit to gain the most profit when selling.

She will go over the steps residents need to take to list their home for sale in Leisure World, which is a different process from selling in the outside world. She will explain the steps Mutuals require before the unit can be listed for sale. This is important information that residents need to be aware of. By being informed, residents can save their family a lot of frustration and money by having their paperwork in order and knowing the process.

Last year, On Site Home Sales gave $702,000 back to the community to benefit shareholders by helping to keep the GRF portion of the HOA low.

All residents are welcome to join this meeting. People are asked to arrive promptly to the meeting. Those who arrive late should quietly use the back door so as not to disturb the presentation. The Sunshine Club requires no membership fees, but donations are welcome.
