‘Art in Bloom’ exhibition is Saturday, June 21, in CH 3
The Leisure World Art League, in conjunction with Gasper Monteer Realty Group, will present “Art in Bloom,” Leisure World’s largest ever juried art exhibition, on Saturday, June 21, from 4-7 p.m. in the lobby of Clubhouse 3.
The exhibition features over 120 pieces of art in a variety of mediums. Admission to the exhibition is free, and many featured artists will be offering their one-of-a-kind art pieces for sale.
The event will also feature live music performances from LW residents Don Horning, Elizabeth Butterfield and Charla Gae. Food will be available for purchase from Koffel’s food truck.
Proceeds from the exhibition will benefit art students of the Los Alamitos Unified School District. Representatives of the Los Alamitos Education Foundation, an independent, nonprofit organization providing enrichment classes and educational experiences, will be present to receive any additional contributions attendees may wish to offer.
