Retired teachers can attend a complimentary lunch meeting on Friday, June 7, at noon, in Clubhouse 3, Room 9. This meeting will focus on important topics that impact the LW community including:

• The success/repeal of the Windfall Elimination Provision and the Government Pension Offset.

• Essential information for implementation for public employees.

• Advocacy for Social Security, public education, Medicare and Medicaid.

This meeting will provide insights and essential information for public employees, as well as strategies for effective advocacy. People must RSVP with William Quemada at 562-400-0259 by Wednesday, June 4.
