LW Korean Community Church
Leisure World Korean Community Church (LWKCC) will celebrate its 15th anniversary on June 1 at 3 p.m. at 14000 Church Place. Pastor Song Jeong-Myeong will preach a sermon titled “A Church that Becomes an Example of the Righteousness of Believers.”
The church was founded on Feb. 21, 2010, in Orange County by Pastor Yong Jang-Young, Elder Jeon Ye-Won, Deacon Jeon Anna, Deacon Kim Min-Jeong, Deacon Im Won-Il, and their families. It moved to Leisure World on June 5, 2017.
The church expresses its deepest gratitude to the congregation members who have devoted themselves with great love for the past 15 years so that LWKCC can grow as a church. There will also be the ordination ceremony for ministerial elders Kim Kyo-Sun and Jin Hyeon-Ju, deacons Lee Hwi-Won, Seo Gyeong-Suk, Choi Jeong-Suk and Lee Mi-Mi, and honorary deacons Heo Gyeong-Ok and Park Gyeong-Sun.
LWKCC holds a worship service on Sundays at 14000 Church Place at 11:50 a.m. and holds an early morning prayer service led by the senior pastor on Tuesdays-Saturdays at 6 a.m. For more information, call 714-323-0897 or email yongjang10@gmail.com
