American Latino Club

The American Latino Club is hosting a fundraiser trip to Harrah’s Resort in Funner, California, on Thursday, May 29. Attendees will be picked up by the casino’s bus in front of the LW Amphitheater promptly at 8:30 a.m., with return at 4 p.m., sharp. The cost of the trip is $25 for members and $35 for guests, with members having first priority, after which registration will be opened to guests. Lunch is not included, but there is a food court in the casino.

Members should RSVP to Treasurer Rachel Fullum by Friday, May 16; guests may RSVP between May 17-22. Payments for the trip should be dropped off at Fullum’s mailbox at 1371 Oakmont Road, 150-L, or by U.S. mail. Make sure to allow at least seven days for delivery. Checks should be made payable to “American Latino Club.”

To confirm a space, payment must be accompanied by a signed waiver of liability, which is required by the club and Harrah’s Resort. The form will be available via email or by calling Fullum at 310-869-7730. Payments without the waiver will not be accepted.

There are 56 available seats, and reservations on a first-come, first-served basis for members, followed by guests.

Members will be notified by email or telephone as noted in club records. This invitation is open to the Leisure World community.
