Cast your votes: GRF Director ballots have been mailed

The ballots to elect GRF directors from odd-numbered Mutuals and Mutual 14 were mailed May 2. New directors will be installed at the GRF annual meeting Tuesday, June 10 at 2 p.m. in Clubhouse 4.

The vote-counting meeting will be held June 3 at 10 a.m. in Clubhouse 4.

There are nine director seats available for election from the odd-numbered Mutuals. Mutual 1 gets to elect two candidates because of its larger size.

The candidates for each respective Mutual are:

• Mutual 15: Paul Corrigan, Philip Friedman, Marla Hamblin • Mutual 17: Keith Goodner, Nick Massetti, Robert Simon The mail-in secret ballots have been distributed. After the ballot is completed, insert the ballot into the yellow envelope and seal the envelope. Insert the yellow envelope into the pre-addressed envelope to the Inspectors of Election.

In the upper left corner of the pre-addressed envelope, print your name and your Leisure World address, and sign. For a ballot to be counted, each resident must sign his or her name on the outer yellow envelope.

There are four ways to return the mail-in secret ballot:

• By mail. Mail the ballot to Homeowners’ Association of Elections of California, Inc., 1001 Avenida Pico, Suite C-496, San Clemente, 92673 in the provided prepaid envelope. The ballot must be received by the Inspector of Elections by noon on Monday, June 2.

• Deliver by hand. Deliver the ballot (inside the two envelopes) by hand to the Inspectors of Election, Homeowners’ Association Elections of California, Inc., 1001 Avenida Pico, Suite C-496, San Clemente, 92673. The ballot must be received by the Inspector of Elections by noon on Monday, June 2, the last business day before the election date.

• BallotBox.Droptheballotin the black ballot box located at the Administration Building, next to the sliding doors leading to the Stock Transfer Office.

• On the meeting day, handdelivered ballots will be accepted by the inspector between 9:45-10 a.m. on Tuesday June 3, in Clubhouse 4.

Once the polls are closed, no further ballots will be accepted.
