THE PRESIDENTS’ COUNCIL Clubhouse 4 and Zoom Tele-Video Conference The regular monthly meeting of the Presidents’ Council of Leisure World Seal Beach was convened at 1:33 p.m. by President Rich Carson on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, via Clubhouse 4 and Zoom Tele-Video Conference.

• Presidents’ Council meeting minutes of March 5, 2025, were approved by the Council to stand as printed.

• GRF President Janet Isom informed the Council members of an upcoming Town Hall meeting on Monday, April 28, at 2 p.m. in Clubhouse 4.

• Chief Executive Officer of Interact Solutions Charles Siemonsma provided an update on new TV services and internet services being offered to Mutuals.

• FleetManager,GrantWinford provided an update on bus route scheduling and procedures.

• Senior Director of Facilities Mark Weaver provided an update on the traffic light work being completed at Golden Rain Road and St. Andrews Drive. He also informed the council members that restrooms in GRF buildings will be renovated in May and the Multifamily Energy Efficiency process has begun.

• Physical Property Manager Kevin Black provided an update on fire inspection report forms.

• Senior Director of Mutual Administration Jodi Hopkins provided an update on annual Mutual elections.

• StockTransferManagerClaudia Garcia provided an update on Stock Transfer escrow report.

• Executive Director Jessica Sedgwick provided an update on GRF annual elections. She also advised the council that the Masterfile format on CINC has been updated.

• ExecutiveManagerofMember Services Dave Potter provided an update on Clifton Larson audits and reminded that the Reserve studies have begun.
