Earth Day Garden Party: April 22

In celebration of Earth Day, the Recreation Department will hold a garden party at the Leisure World Community Gardens on Tuesday, April 22, from 1-4 p.m. All are invited to celebrate with food, music, activities, games and prizes.

To show the community’s generous spirit for helping those in need, there will be a food drive benefiting the Orange County Food Bank. Raffle tickets will be given to people who donate non-perishable, non-expired food items.

To get to the party using the bus, go to Clubhouse 2 parking lot. There will be a continuous shuttle every 15 minutes—just look for the “Event Bus” stop sign.
