Timeless duets will perform Feb. 23

COMMUNITY CHURCH

This Sunday, Feb. 23, at 6 p.m. Community Church will proudly present “Timeless Duets,” featuring its very own resident pianist, Hannah Yi, and violinist SoJin Kim, who will collaborate in a duet by César Franck and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. General admission tickets are $20, with seniors and students tickets for $15, and may be purchased at the door. Refreshments will be served afterward.

If the ticket price is a challenge, call the church office at 562431-2503 for a free sponsored ticket. Likewise, those who want to buy a ticket for someone else can call the church office.

Community Church aims to be welcoming to everyone, especially those with no church background. Worship is held on Sundays at 9:50 a.m. at 14000 Church Place by St. Andrews Gate. Come early for a cup of coffee in the narthex.

The church will continue in the Gospel of Luke and build off of the message from last Sunday with a message titled “Shifting Gears.” Because this message builds off of the message from last week, people can watch the last week’s sermon on the Facebook page, @LeisureWorldCommunityChurch.
