Bus trip will feature flamenco dancers and mariachi

The GRF Recreation Department invites everyone to join a bus trip to a Celebration of the Return of the Swallows on Wednesday, March 19. The celebration includes mariachi performances, flamenco dancers, Native American storytelling, swallow experts and more. The group will also attend an audio tour at 10:15 a.m.

After the tour, the group will enjoy lunch at the nearby restaurant, Sundried Tomato American Bistro, where people can select their choice of a soup or salad, entrée and beverage.

The bus departs the Amphitheater parking lot at 8 a.m. to San Juan Capistrano and returns in the late afternoon.

Tickets are $90 per person, which includes event admission, the audio tour, lunch and bus transportation. Tickets can be purchased via cash or check at the Recreation Box Office, located in Building C. Those who pay with credit card will be charged a small fee.
