13-5025-1, GRF Elections Rules PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at a duly held meeting of the Board of Directors conducted on Jan. 28, the Board adopted the following proposed rule change following the 28-day member review period: Key Changes:
• Adding provisions for electronic secret ballots and the process for members to vote electronically.
• Guidelinesfortheuseofinternet-basedvotingsystems,ensuring secure and anonymous voting.
• Clarificationsonmemberauthenticationandsystemvalidation requirements.
Purpose and Effect of the Proposed Rule Change: These updates support the organization's goals of modernizing election processes and increasing member participation, allowing for the consideration of electronic voting in 2026 while maintaining traditional voting methods in 2025.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, Association members owning 5% or more of the separate interest in the Association may call a special vote of the members to reverse the proposed rule change by delivering a written request to the Association for said vote within the 30 days after the delivery of this notice. Not less than 35 days, nor more than 90 days after the receipt of a proper request for a special vote on the proposed rule change, the Association shall hold a vote of the members on whether to reverse the proposed rule change. As soon as possible after the close of voting, but not more than 15 days after the close of voting, the board shall provide the members with general notice of the results of the member vote on the proposed rule change.
37-1447-1, Use of Community Facilities, Community Gardens—Rules PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at a duly held meeting of the Board of Directors conducted on Jan. 28, the Board approved to send out the following proposed rule change to the membership for 28-day review. The proposed rule change will be reviewed by the Board for adoption at their Feb. 26 meeting.
Key Changes of Proposed Rule Change:
• Revision of the purpose statement.
• Including addition of section 2.10 to allow prorated refunds for plots that are voluntarily relinquished.
• Further detailing of sections 2.14., 2.16. and 2.17.
• Addition to section 2.34. to state that authorized residents are responsible for any charges/fees to clear their plot once it is vacated. Purpose and Effect of the Proposed Rule Change: These updates provide focus on the purpose for the Community Gardens, allow for prorated refunds, and clarify lessee responsibilities and guidelines.

37-1466-1, Fitness Center Rules PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at a duly held meeting of the Board of Directors conducted on January 28, 2025, the Board adopted the following proposed rule change following the 28-day member review period: Key Updates:
• Residents must show their Identification cards and a personal towel upon entering.
• The use of the Dance Studio by residents is clarified during periods when the Studio has not been reserved.
• Updates on best etiquette practices such as wiping machines and not sitting on machines between sets.
• Additional practices to improve safety for users. Purpose and Effect of the Proposed Rule Change: The proposed rule change is to enhance safety and provide guidelines for gym etiquette.

• Clarifications on vaping, allowed animals, and swimming etiquette such as no spitting and no wear of street footwear inside the pools.
• Safety updates to include no climbing over dividers.
• Clarifications on pool areas and their usage. Purpose and Effect of the Proposed Rule Change: These updates support the organization’s goals of safety within the aquatic center.
