home sales and leases office space from the GRF near the Main Gate. Last year, the Onsite Sales Team returned $702,093.34 to the GRF as part of its lease agreement.

Golf Course Walkway:

Upon the recommendation of the Facilities Committee, the board voted 12-4 to spend $3,500 to replace the rubberized walkway from Green No. 1 to Tee No. 5 with concrete. This is a less expensive option than rubber.

Clubhouse 2 Flex Space:

Upon the recommendation of the Facilities Committee, the board voted 14-1 to spend $24,010 to replace windows and two doors in the Clubhouse 2 flex room to match new existing doors and windows at the game/billiards rooms. The GRF is seeking to lease the space for a new revenue source.

Pool Handrails: Upon the recommendation of the Facilities Committee, the board voted to spend $9,200 in capital funding to add a pool handrail so people will be able to hold on with both hands as they enter the pool.

Governing Rules: The board also approved new rules related to the Community Gardens, the Aquatic Center, the Fitness Center and GRF elections. For a complete look at changes, see the Government section on page 5.
