Meals on Wheels of Long Beach, Inc., delivers freshly cooked meals for $11.50 per day Monday-Friday, between 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Deliveries include an 8-ounce carton of 1% milk. Polish sausage with bell peppers, baked beans, carrots, fruit cocktail, ham and cheese sandwich with lettuce, tomato and pickle and confetti slaw.

Sweet and sour pork, brown rice, oriental vegetables, corn, banana, taco salad with shredded chicken, diced tomato, corn, black beans, cheese, cilantro, salsa dressing and crackers.
