The Christmas season has just passed, and the memories of gifts given and received are still fresh. If a particularly great gift was received, people eagerly describe it in detail and even talk glowingly about the person who gave it. When examining James 1:15-18, one discovers that God is the giver of good and perfect gifts, and the passage describes Him in glowing terms. Pastor Chuck Franco will bring the sermon “The Goodness of God” on Sunday morning, Jan. 26. Begin the new year meditating on God’s goodness and faithfulness and see how that mindset affects the rest of the year.

The fourth session of the Wednesday Bible study is “Who is Jesus?” People might think they know pretty much everything about who Jesus is. Francis Chan brings new thought and a deeper appreciation of Jesus in this video series. The brief video will follow by guided discussion and student interaction that fosters a stronger spiritual foundation.
