LW Yoga Club

The LW Yoga Club offers chair yoga classes on Wednesdays at 10:15 a.m. in Clubhouse 6, led by instructor Barbara McEnrow. Chair yoga is for people who have limited mobility and cannot sit on the floor. It improves balance and flexibility. People will have a choice to practice on a mat for added core strength.

Regular yoga classes are held on Tuesdays in Veterans Plaza at 10:15 a.m., and on Wednesdays in Clubhouse 6 at 9 a.m. Each class is $8.
