Tom Pontac keeps on trotting

LEISURE LEGGERS WALKING CLUB

Tom Pontac finished in first place Nov. 23 in the Seal Beach 5K Turkey Trot.

Not only is he 88 years old and living with Parkinson’s disease for 10 plus years, he also had his 12th out of 20 radiation treatments for carcinoma on his scalp the day before.

As the president of the Leisure Leggers Walking Club, he continues to inspire and set a good example of never giving up.
