SUNSHINE CLUB

Dr. Tanner Kinderman from OC Wellness will guide the Sunshine Club through a regimen of fun, easy and productive activities to keep the body in its best shape on Friday, Dec. 6, at 10 a.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 2.

As people age, simple wellness factors that they once took for granted can post new challenges to overall health. Besides obvious safety risks, degeneration of one’s balance, coordination, and strength can limit the enjoyment of a full and active lifestyle. While people can’t completely control the aging process, they can condition their bodies to resist premature degeneration through healthy habits and simple balance, coordination, and strength building activities.
