Sign Up for CINC

The GRF is transitioning to a software system called CINC, which includes a new payment processing tool for residents. Welcome letters with important registration information were sent to every household and should have been received by now.

People who have direct debit through the GRF don’t need to do anything but others will have to register for the new community portal. To register for the CINC Community Portal, visit https:// lwsb.cincwebaxis.com. Member information must match CINC’s account information, so use the information provided in the welcome letter that was sent to each LW household.
