A person was observed removing items from the dumpster area and throwing the items over the fence. Seal Beach police was called, but the suspect had left the scene upon police arrival.

A resident complained about noise coming from a neighboring unit. No noise was detected; the neighbor denied excessive noise.

A resident complained of loud TV sounds coming from the neighboring unit. The resident lowered the TV volume when asked.

A resident was repairing a vehicle on a trust street. The resident ceased working when advised of the rules.

A ladder and carpet were found outside the perimeter wall of the community; no trespasser was found.

A resident reported four young people near Mary’s Gate. People left before Security’s arrival; no issue was detected.

A suspicious person was reported. The person was gone upon Security’s arrival.

A neighbor heard a resident requesting help. The resident did not require medical attention or hospital transportation.

A resident was in distress regarding ongoing personal issues. Member Resources was advised of the issue.

The police were called to keep the peace during a resident dispute.

Ongoing dispute between neighbors regarding dog droppings.

A non-resident was observed near the North Gate. The police were called to the scene, and the person left the scene without incident.

A resident stated an unknown female was walking in the community. Security searched the area but did not find the person reported.

A resident reported the covering on her spare tire inside her vehicle was moved.

A lost resident was found in the RV Lot. Security located the resident’s family member, who escorted the resident home safely.

An ongoing resident complaint of someone ringing her doorbell. No one was found near the unit.

Minors were found in the community. Security advised a resident of the rules regarding being with minors in the community at all times.

Police were called to keep the peace between a resident and a family member who were having issues.

Ongoing resident dispute regarding a variety of issues.
