Pool League
With only two more weeks left in the fall pool league season the race for first place has expanded to include seven teams with a shot at first place.
The Rustlers won 9-4 over Rockin’ Rolling. Rusty Aquino and Gary Snow won five games for the Rusters, including both their singles matches. This gives the Rustlers a two game lead over The Renegades who lost to The 3 Amigos 9-4. Barry Brideau and Roy Mittlestead led The 3 Amigos with five wins each. The 3 Amigos are only four games behind the Rustlers.
Hard to Handle stayed in contention by defeating the Crack Shots 9-4. Bob Barnum won six matches for Hard to Handle and Jerry Wrenn won four games. This leaves Hard to Handle in a three way tie for third place, just four games out.
The Bank Bandits continued their winning streak with a 10-3 win over the Ball Busters, who are tied for third place. Dave Silva and Earick Ward won six games for the Bank Bandits and Connie Adkins won five.
Any Hole Counts is making a run for it by beating Right on Cue ten to three. It was a team effort for Any Hole Counts. Steve Edrich and Gary Monahan won six games, while Shery Wells won five. Any Hole Counts and the Bank Bandits are tied for sixth place, but are only five games out of first.
