Community Karaoke

Wednesday night karaoke folks cheered for a cookie lady, Alanna Eaby, as she celebrated her birthday with balloons and chocolate cake for everyone.

People had fun witnessing the duel between David Noble’s Scotch & Soda and Ren Villaneauva’s Tennessee Whiskey. A fun duet of Yellow Polka Dot BikiniwassungbyPatPaternoster and Elizabeth Butterfield. People swayed to a smooth Hawaiian tune by Essie Hicks and Don Hamasaki.

AnotherduetbyBobBarnum and Walt Bier chose Seven Spanish Angels. Getting to Know You was a cheerful tune by Rob Illingworth. Tony Tupas changed the pace with Sands of Silence. Thirty karaoke folks took the stage to offer a variety of music.

Next week the Karaoke club will serve piza for its singers and guests. Everyone is welcome for the evening of music in Clubhouse 1 beginning at 5:30 p.m.

The karaoke practice sessions are on Mondays in Clubhouse 6 from 1-3 p.m., where people could get help selecting the right song for their voice. Everyone is welcome.
