Yoga is a great tool to increase strength, balance and flexibility. Classes are available in Clubhouse 6 every Wednesday: 9-10 a.m.: “Yoga for Healthy Aging” with Sally Burns
10:15-11:15 a.m.: with Travis Ott-Conn.
The cost is $35 for five classes or $8 for drop-ins.
