Understanding Election Quorum

A quorum is the minimum number of members that must be present to make annual meeting proceedings valid. In the case of elections, everyone’s properly cast ballot counts as attendance. A quorum of at least 33.33% for some Mutuals and 50%+1 for some of the Mutual corporation membership is required before the Mutual ballots can be counted. For the election of GRF directors, 33.33% of members

The Emergency Information Council will hold its 10th free vital document scanning event on Monday, April 20, from 1-3 p.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 7. Residents can bring wills, stock and membership certificates, medical power of attorney documents and other important papers to be scanned onto a free thumb drive. The Veterans Memorial concrete replacement ….

The Veterans Memorial concrete replacement project will start today, April 16, and last approximately one week. The project will replace the concrete walkways leading to the flagpoles in the center of the memorial, as well as the outer ring of concrete that lines the memorial circle. Shortly after, crews will begin installing a new, ADA-compliant unisex bathroom in Clubhouse 4, near the kitchen
